300 New Point Lane! This home was custom built in 2007 for our family of four. 3700 square feet of open living space! 4 bedrooms, 3.5ba, bonus room, 2 car garage, flat fenced backyard, huge (and rare) side yard, central vacuum, 6 room audio system (including back patio), rocking chair front porch, spacious master retreat complete with whirlpool spa tub!




This is the general floorplan. Our home has a slightly different entrance from the garage, but everything else is the same.



The formal dining room is the first thing you see when you walk through the front doors into the two story foyer. This dining room furniture is negotiable with the sale of the home. The dining room is large enough for a 12 person table. This one sits 6-10 people. Two large windows help light the room, as well as the light from the foyer and the breakfast room/kitchen area. A walk through to the kitchen allows for easy entertaining and a place to store cookbooks, serving pieces, or wine.



The downstairs family room is comfortable and bright! The upgraded stacked stone fireplace will help warm those chilly winter nights and also set the mood for holidy entertaining. The double AV cabinets are perfect for storing all those DVDs and CDs (or toys!) The wall above the mantle is set up for mounting a flat screen and running the cords through the tube system. The shelves on either side of the fireplace are all adjustable to your decorating desires.

The breakfast room is center to the home, providing a convenient place for all meals and snacks and a great view to the fenced back yard. This room has speakers for the full home audio system. It is operated from the AV cabinets in the family room. You can listen to the radio, CDs or even the television (Sunday afternoon football?!)



The benchseat in the breakfast room provides a wonderful storage (hiding) place for placemats, table linens, crayons and coloring books, outdoor cushions, grill tools, and whatever else you can imagine! The curtains are custom made and negotiable with the sale of the home.

My beautiful, spacious, granite filled kitchen (that I'm REALLY going to miss!) We added extra granite to this kitchen island to make it as large as possible. You can actually seat 5 people JUST at the island. We can also seat 8 at the breakfast table, 10 at the dining room table and possbily 4 on the benchseat. That equals 27 people for dinner! The storage space in this kitchen is unbelievable! I had a hard time filling it all up. The upgraded under cabinet lighting makes the tile insets really stand out. You can't see it in this photo, but on the wall to the right of the island is the central vacuum dustpan - no more bending down to scrape every last crumb into your dingy old dustpan! Just sweep it towards to wall, kick the push button and let the central vac do it for you!!!! I LOVE IT!

When you climb to the top of the T-Stairs, you will reach your upstairs bonus/family/play room. It is central to all 4 bedrooms and HUGE!!! It opens to the foyer below and even has space for a little home office (to the right you can see the corner of our desk). This room also has speakers.

Bedroom #3 (according to the floorplan) is on the front of the home and allows for easy access to your planter boxes. This room is BRIGHT and homey! The walk in closet has provided extra storage space for us. We used this room as a guest room, but would also be perfect for an office.

The guest bath (attached to bedroom #3 and right off of the upstairs flex space) features a glass enclosed shower and chrome features.

Our little girl's room (#2) is also on the front of the house and has lots of windows for sunny days. It features an ample closet and a Jack N Jill bath, complete with a private shower and toilet area.

The master retreat has a beautiful tray ceiling and has room for a king size bed, all of the furniture and a seating area. This room also has speakers.

The master bath feature bronze fixtures, a 4x4 glass enclosed tile shower and a HUGE whirlpool tub with a waterfall spout and remote controlled blinds.

The master bath also has a double sink vanity area, complete with upgraded lighting. The two HUGE walk in closets are in the hallway between the bath and bedroom.

The main club house is where you will find the two water park slides, the kiddy pool with 4 mushrooms showers, and the lap pool. There is also a fitness center and plenty of meeting spaces, including an outdoor patio with fireplace.

Central Park is where you will find a huge playground and the tennis complex. There is also a soccer field and basketball court, as well as plenty of sidewalks for walking.
